1. Why would I choose Dream Holidays?
Our main goal is to have satisfied guests and our experience, knowledge of places, customs and people will ensure that we find the perfect vacation rental for your dream holidays in Croatia.
On our site you can check our catalogue of vacation rentals. In order to help you make the right choice, every accommodation has large number of photographs, so you can see everything almost as you were actually there! We also provide detailed description of each accommodation with all details, prices, location on the map, distances from the beach and center… We offer only vacation rentals that meet our standard and all accommodations in our offer are personally checked. We try to give you all information you need in order to have carefree and relaxing holidays!

3. How to search for an accommodation?
Our webpage can be searched simply, in detail or according to destination. If you chose one of the first two searches, you need to fill in the dates and number of persons and a region, riviera or a destination to your liking. As a result, you will see accommodations which suit the parameters of your search.
4. How can I check if the accommodation is available?
Detailed description of the accommodation contains a photographic preview of the accommodation
inside and out, prices and availability, map of the location, guest reviews… Availability calendar will appear with colors which represent available and blocked dates ( green-available, red-blocked).
5. What is included in the price of the rent?
The price includes sojourn tax, the use of electricity and water, equipment and final cleaning of accommodation. Additional services are specified and subsequently charged.
6. How to book?
For making reservation it is necessary to make the payment of cca 35% of total amount by credit card, on our bank account or via PayPal. Rest of the payment you need to pay when you come in apartment.
If you want to book just send us an email with your preferred method of payment and we will send you invoice with all details.

7. Which payment methods do you accept?
Deposit can be paid by credit card, on our bank account or via PayPal.
8. Do I get some confirmation for my reservation?
After the payment is done we send you voucher by email. Voucher is confirmation of your reservation and guarantee you booked a service from our offer. On voucher you will see information of the owner, name and surname of the guest, number of persons, dates of the reservation and the amount which is to be paid first day of your arrival in accommodation unit.
9. Can I change the reservation after confirmation?
If you would like to change the number of persons or the dates of your stay, you are obliged to notify the agency, in written to our e-mail email@example.com
Every change has to be approved by the service provider.
10. Do I get a refund if I cancel the reservation?
In the event of cancellation by the client the amount paid is non-refundable deposit. For any possible changes the client is required to contact the Agency.
11. How to reach the accommodation unit?
The address of the accommodation unit and the owner’s telephone number you can see on voucher we send you. For driving directions we suggest www.viamichelin.com
12. Where am I to pick up the keys?
We kindly ask you to contact the owner a day before your arrival and inform about your expected
arrival time. The owner will wait for you at the accommodation unit to give you the keys and all
information you need.
13. Do I need to pay rest of the amount directly to the owner in euro or in kuna (currency of Croatia)?
Rest of the amount is to be paid in cash, directly to the owner, first day of your arrival. You can pay in euro or in kuna, as you prefer.
14. Which travel documents are required for entry in Croatia?

15. Who do contact if I need help or recommendation before or after arriving to accommodation?
