CONTENTS OF CONDITIONS FOR OFFERING SERVICES FOR ACCOMMODATIONS

The general conditions for offering services for accommodations are part of the contract between Dream Holidays and the client who accepts the offered arrangement. Dream Holidays commits itself to undertake all precautions to offer true information to its users. All the information, data and pictures that are related to the capacity of accommodations, Dream Holidays collected from the most reliable accommodation facilities. Even though all information is controlled by employees of Dream Holidays, the Agency does not take responsibility for mistakes, negligence, and delays made by the customer.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

When booking, the client is required to pay deposit amount and booking fee for the reservation. The balance stated on voucher (Dream Holidays provides it as official document after receiving deposit amount) client pays first day of the arrival, directly to the owner of the accommodation.
With the final confirmation of the booking, the client confirms that he is familiar with the General Terms and that he accepts them in their entirety.
In the event of cancellation by the client the amount paid is non-refundable deposit. For any possible changes the client is required to contact the Agency.

PRICE OF ACCOMMODATION

Service rates are in EURO and are equal to the amount in EUR HRK exchange rate on the day of booking confirmation. The Agency reserves the right to change published prices. To clients who have paid an advance for their reservation, the Agency guarantees that the price is agreed upon.
If more clients than are stated on the voucher arrive at the accommodation unit, the host has the right to deny the extra clients or to accommodate all of the clients at extra charge directly made to the host. In this case Agency does not accept any complaints on the quality of clients booked accommodation.
The price includes sojourn tax, the use of electricity and water, equipment and final cleaning of accommodation. Additional services are specified and subsequently charged.

THE RIGHT OF DREAM HOLIDAYS TO CHANGE AND CANCEL

Dream Holidays commits itself to assure to the client the accommodation in the reserved period, except in case of exceptional circumstances caused by conditions beyond its control that cannot be predicted, avoided or rectified. Booked accommodation can be substituted only by an accommodation unit of the same or higher category then the one reserved initially. If the client accepts the alternative, and it is more expensive than the initial offer, the client is obligated to pay the difference.
In cases where substitute accommodation for paid accommodation is not available or the client does not accept offered substitute accommodation, Dream Holidays guarantees the refund of the complete paid amount.

THE RIGHT OF THE CLIENT TO CHANGE AND CANCEL

If the client wishes to change or cancel the reservation, it has to be in written (e-mail, mail or fax) . By „change” it is considered a change in the number of people, or change of the dates of travel. In cases when client cancels reservation or change of the reservation is not possible, and the client cancels a confirmed reservation because of it, or if client does not appear, the Agency retains the paid amount and refunds cannot be claimed.
Entire balance indicated in voucher is to be paid even if accommodation unit is used by less people then indicated in voucher, if client arrives in the accommodation unit with one or more days of delay or if client stops using accommodation unit before the departure date. Host is not obligated to make any refund in any of these cases.
If the client does not come in accommodation unit and he does not inform the host or the Agency about his delay until 12 p.m. on arrival date, the host is not obligated to hold accommodation unit for client anymore.

AGENCY’S OBLIGATIONS

It is agency’s obligation to take care of provided services, hosts, and clients’ interests and rights according to accepted customs and practices in tourism.

CLIENT’S OBLIGATIONS

The client is required:

· to  pay balance directly to the host in cash first day of arrival

· to respect the customs formalities, and the rules for the foreign currency of the Republic of Croatia

· to respect the rules and regulations of the rented accommodation unit

· to have on hand all valid travel documents. All costs for loss or theft of the documents during the travel period are carried by the traveler

· to check whether a visa is necessary for the country where the destination is located

· upon arrival to the rented accommodation unit, the client is expected to present the given confirmation of reservation (voucher) with travel documents

Should the client not follow the above listed obligations, the client is liable for caused damage and must cover the expenses. By confirming the reservation, the client accepts to pay for all damages caused directly to the host. If the client does not obey house rules in accommodation unit (especially disturbing other clients or neighbors after 11 p.m.) the host has the right to stop the rent without obligation of any money refund to the client.

SOLVING COMPLAINTS

Every client has the right to complain to the non-performance of the agreed service. If the client is not satisfied with a specific situation upon arrival, he is obligated to inform the host as well as inform Dream Holidays representative immediately, giving explanation to his dissatisfaction. The client should contact the host first and try to get a satisfactory solution. The client is obligated to cooperate with the host and Dream Holidays in good will to solve the problem. If the client accepts a proposed solution on the spot, Agency is not obligated to accept any further complaints.If the problem is not solved, within 8 days after returning from the trip the client has to deliver a complaint in writing form to the Agency, enclosing the written complaint, together with all documentation and photographs which proves the complaint, by e-mail. Dream Holidays will consider only complete and documented complaints received within 8 days from returning client.
If the client does not contact Dream Holidays and inform about problem during his stay in the accommodation, the Agency will not consider complaints submitted after the expiry of the duration of the reservation.

CHANGING THESE CONDITIONS AND OTHER TERMS OF BUSINESS

Dream Holidays reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of advertising and other business conditions without prior notice, in order to increase quality website www.vacation-rental-croatia.com

COURT JURISDICTION
The Client and the Agency will aim to settle possible law suits in the application of this Agreement and if an agreement cannot be reached the issue will become subject to the decision of the Dubrovnik Court jurisdiction, under the authority of the laws of Croatia.
